Terms of Service
Rules and guidelines governing transactions, tuition billing, tutor code of conduct, and secure usage of Holiday Learning Kenya.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on TuitionHub as a parent, learner, or teacher, you agree to comply with our platform guidelines, security objectives, and fee structures. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Billing & Payment Transactions
All payments for holiday packages and live classes are handled securely via approved channels (M-Pesa, Paystack). The platform will register purchase references and generate automated receipts. Fraudulent transaction attempts will result in immediate profile suspension and reporting to authorities.
3. Tutor Credentials & Responsibilities
Teachers are required to maintain active TSC certifications and valid documentation. Standard lesson notes, assignments, and curriculum outcomes must strictly follow national guidelines (CBC, 8-4-4) or specified international standards (IGCSE).
4. User Account Security
Users are fully responsible for the security of their passwords and session credentials. The system enforces strict complexity checks on passwords and invalidates inactive sessions (30 minutes for administrators, 2 hours for other roles). Users must never share credentials.
